I Can See!
#1 got her first pair of glasses! I had to laugh because she put them on and had her hair in a bun and she looked like a librarian. She likes to pretend to be an old lady. I hadn't realized they were half rim glasses but oh well. They actually are really cute when she isn't being a silly school Marm. We found them on-line at zennioptical. I was impressed by the price and will probably let her go on and pick another pair of her choice so that she can have one pair at home and one at school since she doesn't like wearing them all the time yet.
She tells me that they are magic because she can't see and then she puts them on and suddenly she can see things. It made me laugh!
Family Trip to the Farm
We took the kids to Larriland Farm to enjoy a fun hayride and enjoy the good weather. Daddy had camped with the boyscouts the night before so it was fun to have some family time. The kids enjoyed it and we got some cute pictures!

Fall Trip to the Zoo
It is fun to have days off from school! We took a trip to the zoo trying to enjoy all the good weather that we can before it gets too cold! The kids and I had a blast!

My kids LOVE fish tanks! They want one of their own, but I told them it will have to wait until they know how to keep their hands out. Here is what they were looking at. They probably could have stayed there all day.
